Easy to find what you're looking for. Almost every product I was looking for had very specific information which I loved. Then there was a lot in Korean obviously but you can translate easily. Oh and you get a freebie at the end from their beauty collection like a face mask for example.
Have to fight to get refund and many reasons they cant refund or cancel impossible to cancel etc craazy

The stuff I can buy here is so amazing, and I love the prices they sell it for. My only issue is that shipping can get expensive, and finding deals and coupons is kind of difficult. But it's worth it because of the very cute items I can buy here.
Love shopping on Yesstyle! Makes shopping for products from Korea and Japan easy, even living in Alaska, US. I would rate 5 stars but the one tiny criticism I do have is their "rewards" system. I have never been able to get the codes to work and my Yesstyle points almost always go to waste. I have emailed to get a better understanding but the responses are no help. Besides that though I recommend the site to friends who want to give these types of products a try. Lots of cute stuff for gifts and kids too.
Ordering from yesstyle was never complicated and I love all of their products! I've ordered many stuff that I am very satisfied with.
Amazing items that are hard to find in the united states' for a good price. Very impressed with the quality and deals. Shipping was also incredibly fast!

It does have a lot of cheaper cute fashion if you're into clothes that they don't really sell at malls around you. It's best to purchase things that have reviews because some of the items without reviews can be a bit of a luckydip. I bought a choker and it gave me a garter once, but I did buy bags and shoes without reviews and they were the exact same. All in all, it's a great place to go
Accessories are very nice, but the clothing size is disappointing, I'm a female S and I ordered an L shirt off men's section and it barely buttons up, I even checked the measurements before, they do not match
My shipment date is 17 April afternoon, but the tracking number is always not available. After servals mails with their customer service, they are always apologize and make me waiting...
But there are already 9 days after shipment, how long should I wait more for knowing my tracking number? Is that so difficult to get this number?
I am very very upset!
So far so good am going to definitely order again

No it is probably not true. The shipping is usually longer. I selected express shipping which is 3-5 business days but the expected shipping date was 22 days away lol

Delivery from Yesstyle comes well packaged and in a timely manner. My last order came in a fancy white box with Yesstyle's sleek logo on top. Inside, each item is also packaged individually.

If you're a sucker for cute and elegant packaging like I am, you can not miss YesStyle's Beauty Box! The item always comes in a colorful pastel colored box and each individual item is bubble wrapped. I haven't come across many other Asian makeup boxes that can compare.

Yesstyle is based in Hong Kong, but they sell authentic beauty products from all over East Asia such as Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.

Products are made in countries all over Asia, but Yesstyle is a Hong Kong Based company. The best thing about shopping with them is unlike with many other overseas companies, you don't need to worry about international shipping fees, and shipping is pretty fast regardless of where you are in the world.

No complaints about customer service or contacting them so far. You can go on their website's "contact us" section to send them an email straight from their site by filling in the fields they provide. So far I've always received prompt replies and friendly emails. If need be, they even have an "email our CEO" option.

They have great customer service! I had an issue with my order not going through and the Yesstyle reached out to me through email apologizing and even sent me some coupons! If you go on their website and click on the upper left hand corner, you can see that you can check your order details and track shipping straight from their website.
